Richard has many years experience in leadership at a senior level. His roles have included sales, marketing, strategy, projects, training, coaching and human resources.
His most recent focus has been in human resources and he has recently completed a Certificate in Strategic HR Leadership through Cornell University.
Richard is renowned for his energy and sense of fun. He has a great passion and empathy for people and loves working with organisations who are committed to re-energising their workforce.
I like to positively challenge convention in order to create new and innovative ways of getting better performance outcomes. I can quickly transition from solution to implementation and I stay focused on getting the job done.
Having worked as a senior operational leader, Leigh understands both business requirements and what’s needed to ensure people initiatives are successful.
Leigh has experience in recruitment, change management, business planning, marketing, project management and process improvement. In 2009 Leigh designed and implemented a new leadership programme for a large corporate, that won HR initiative of the Year.
Leigh enjoys inspiring others and getting everyone from frontline people to senior executives fully engaged.
I still get a real kick out of building strong relationships with people and working along side of them to find pragmatic solutions to the problems they are looking to solve.
